Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

  1. Refunds are available only for items returned within 7 days of delivery.
  2. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  3. Refunds will only be processed if the product is defective or not as described.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  3. The refund will be issued through the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

Non-refundable Items:

  1. Any items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for a refund.
  2. Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless faulty.

Return Outlet:

  1. Refunds can also be processed in person at our outlet located at:

Shipping Costs:

  1. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
