Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are available only for items returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Refunds will only be processed if the product is defective or not as described.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
Non-refundable Items:
- Any items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for a refund.
- Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless faulty.

Shipping Costs:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
